Thrumpton Estate River Trent — Ashfield Angling Club (AAC) — dawn to dusk ONLY is a stretch on the River Trent, from Thrumpton Estate weir outfall pipe — NG11 0AX (1 Hall Gates, Church Lane, Thrumpton) to Below wooded area behind conifers — includes Soar confluence section, controlled by Ashfield Angling Club. Access is by club membership only. Species include Carp, Barbel, Chub, Bream, Pike. Night fishing is not permitted.
