The Leaze is a stretch of the Dorset Stour running from Julian's Bridge to River Allen confluence, controlled by Christchurch Angling Club. Fishing is for club members. Species include barbel, chub, roach, perch, dace, pike, salmon and sea trout. Night fishing is not permitted.

Coarse fishing from 1 hour before sunrise to 1 hour after sunset, unless you hold a River Night Permit, booked through the Clubmate app.

Nearest postcode BH21 1YB. The club’s map gives two parking postcodes: BH21 1EG at the top by the B3078, and BH21 1QQ at the bottom by Canford Bridge. For parking at Julian's Bridge, use the layby on the B3078 and walk over the bridge. For parking at Canford Bridge, use the Canford Bridge car park and walk over the bridge, or park on Station Road. Members can launch SatNav guidance to access points and parking from the Clubmate app.
