Swineford is a stretch of the Bristol Avon running from Swineford Mill and Pipley Brook to the cycle track bridge, controlled by Bristol & West of England Federation of Anglers. Fishing is for members of the Federation's member clubs (Keynsham AA, Crosshands AC, Amalgamated Fisheries and Alcove AC). Species include pike, chub, carp, bream, roach, dace, tench and barbel. Night fishing is not permitted.

Via the kissing gate opposite the Swan Inn at Swineford; limited parking near the gate. AFL: park in the lay-by opposite the Swan Inn on the A431 (just past Bitton) and use the stile by the gate.
