Samlesbury Fishery is a stretch on the River Ribble from Preston Road Bridge upstream to the back of Samlesbury School and downstream to Little Stream, controlled by Samlesbury Anglers. Day tickets are available: Day permit from the BP petrol station behind the Tickled Trout Hotel (PR5 0UJ), or ask at Gorgow's Farm - cash. Species include Barbel, Chub, Dace, Roach, Pike, Perch. Night fishing is allowed across the whole fishery; a day ticket runs midnight to midnight.
