Rowsley (Haddon Estate Derwent) is a stretch of the River Derwent, controlled by Peacock Fly Fishing Club (Haddon Estate). Fishing is for Peacock Fly Fishing Club members; day tickets are only for residents of The Peacock at Rowsley and guided guests. It is fly-only game water. Species include brown trout, grayling and rainbow trout. Night fishing is not permitted.

The Peacock at Rowsley (2026 season), hotel residents and guided guests only, Wye or Derwent: low season (1 Apr–12 May and 16 Jun–7 Oct) £100 per rod per day; high season (13 May–15 Jun) £175; max 4 rods per river (2 in grayling season); Haddon guides £125 half day / £200 full day.
