Birmingham AA's Pool Quay, Maesydd and Rhydd Esgyn water north of Welshpool, on the left bank from the Maesydd car park down to the Bele Brook confluence above Rhyddesgyn. Excellent salmon (all returned — NRW byelaw), trout and coarse fishing for chub, dace, pike, barbel and grayling. Members only — annual membership £50. Species include Salmon, Trout, Grayling, Chub, Dace, Pike and Barbel. No night fishing.
