Muscliffe is a free stretch of the Dorset Stour running from Ensbury Bridge to Throop Fishery boundary (about 1.5 mi). No permit is needed beyond a valid Environment Agency rod licence. Species include chub, roach, dace, perch, pike and barbel. Night fishing is not permitted.

Parking Information
Access from Brecon Close at the upstream end, or the car park off Muscliff Lane. The Stour Valley Nature Reserve car park at the Kingfisher Barn Visitor Centre, Granby Road, Bournemouth BH9 3NZ, also serves this reach and has toilets and a cafe. At the downstream end, the corner of Boundary Lane and Throop Lane gives the closest access to the Throop Fishery boundary.
