Milford Turf Side is a stretch of the River Derwent running from Fishing boundary below Milford Bridge / Milford Garden Centre to Fishing boundary opposite Duffield (peg 31), controlled by Derbyshire Angling Federation. Fishing is for club members. Species include brown trout, barbel, pike and salmon. Night fishing is not permitted.

2026–27 season ticket (runs 16 June–15 June): Adults £45; OAP/Concessions £35; juveniles free with a fully paid-up member. Covers all Federation water (Derwent and Ecclesbourne).
Day Ticket £
No day tickets published — season tickets only; club rules: "No Permits issued on the Bank".
Night Fishing
Not published — assume no night fishing unless the club confirms

Renewal nights at The Bridge Inn, Duffield (2026: Mon 1 June & Mon 8 June, 6–8pm; new members welcome); bank transfer (existing members); or by post to Membership Secretary Gordon Toft, 14 Mount Pleasant, Ripley DE5 3DX (07816 101212) with SAE and cheque. Application form on club site.

No parking is marked for the Turf Side on the club map; the club's parking points (Milford, Duffield playing fields, Bridge Inn) are all on the west bank. Ask the club how members reach the east bank.
