A stretch of the River Severn at Lower Trehelig Farm, Welshpool, PAAS Water No. 104 — owned by the Society since 1998. A left-bank stretch, lower and more tree-lined than nearby Pool Quay, Criggion, or Llandrinio waters, about 15–20 yards wide, shallower with some deep areas, gravel bottom, and extensive streamer weed. Nettles and Indian Balsam can conceal swims in summer. Just over a mile of water. Salmon are taken most years when conditions allow, though catches have declined. Grayling are increasing, likely due to well-oxygenated water upstream of Welshpool Sewage Works. Chub are the dominant coarse species, growing over 5lb.
