Huntsham and The Old Forge is a mile-and-a-half double-bank stretch of the River Wye in a great loop near Whitchurch, controlled by the Prince Albert Angling Society (PAAS water numbers 144 and 145). Well served by proper car parks and public footpath access on both banks. Access: Membership Only.

Parking

Parking Information
Main car park at Huntsham Bridge (room for 12 cars) — reached via A40, turn off for Old Forge just before Whitchurch onto the B4229. Further roadside parking along the B4229 past Barge House (signed public footpath to the river). Also parking in the Nursery Greenhouses yard — a PAAS car sticker must be displayed here; main gate closes at 9pm but is not locked. No access via the Barge House drive or gardens.
