Gunthorpe 'Penton's Field' (2nd meadow downstream of lock) — Nottingham Federation of Anglers is a stretch on the River Trent, from the end of the first meadow downstream of Gunthorpe Lock to the end of the second meadow (Penton's Field), controlled by Nottingham & District Federation of Angling Societies (Notts Fed / NDFAS). Day tickets and memberships are available. Species include Barbel, Chub, Bream, Roach, Dace, Perch. Night fishing is permitted for book holders.
