Gunthorpe (Gunthorpe Complex — AAC members only, night fishing, 4 lakes + river) is a stretch on the River Trent, from Gunthorpe upstream boundary (Fuller Caravans Lowdham Rd Gunthorpe — NO PARKING THERE, use alternative parking) to Gunthorpe downstream boundary, controlled by Ashfield Angling Club. Access is by club membership only, with no day tickets available. Species include Carp, Pike, Zander, Barbel, Chub, Roach. Night fishing is permitted.
