Croft Right Bank is a stretch of the River Tees running from just below Clow Beck past Croft Bridge to Spa Beck, controlled by Darlington Brown Trout Angling Association. Fishing is for club members. Species are likely to include brown trout, grayling, dace, chub, barbel, pike, bream, salmon and sea trout (taken from the neighbouring water). Night fishing is not published, so assume it is not permitted.

Darlington Brown Trout Angling Association membership, January to January. 2026: senior £55 plus £12 ATDAC (£67), lady £29 plus £6 (£35), junior under 18 £19 plus £6 (£25), OAP £29 plus £6 (£35), OAP with 10+ years' membership £25. New members also pay a joining fee (£20 aged 18 to 65, £10 OAP and ladies, free under 18). Membership is capped at 550 and every member must also join ATDAC. 2026 membership closes on 31 July; 2027 membership opens on 1 January 2027.
