Brimpton Beat is a private stretch of the River Kennet running from Brimpton Weir to Kings Bridge, Brimpton Road, held by Wasing Fisheries. It is not open to the public. Species include barbel, chub, perch, roach, pike and dace. Night fishing is permitted.

River Kennet & Enborne syndicate membership; waiting lists currently CLOSED (wasing.co.uk/fishing, Oct 2026). Applications only via Clubmate; a written reference is required when a place comes up. Current river syndicate fee not published. 10% pensioner and 25% concession discounts; direct debit for renewing members.

Day Ticket £

No day tickets (members only). Members' guest permits £25, booked 48 hours ahead via Clubmate; max two guests per river beat per day.

Night Fishing

River Kennet & Enborne syndicate rules (2025-26): night fishing permitted; max 48 hours then vacate the river (may be extended to 72 hours 1 Nov to 31 Mar at the Estate's discretion).
