Blandford is a stretch of the Dorset Stour running from the Brewery weirpool to below the Blandford by-pass (about 1.75 mi), on the right-hand bank looking downstream. The water is owned by Ringwood & District Anglers Association, and members of Blandford & District Angling Club and Wareham & District Angling Society may also fish it free of charge by RDAA's permission — so membership of any of the three clubs gets you on. Species include roach, dace, pike, perch, chub, eel, grayling, bream and carp. Night fishing is not permitted.

RDAA annual membership; current prices on ringwoodfishing.co.uk. Subscription changes take effect 1 April. Renewals via the Membership Secretary, online or by post — not at tackle shops. Coarse season 16 June – 14 March. Owned by RDAA. Members of Blandford & District Angling Club and Wareham & District Angling Society may also fish here free of charge by RDAA's permission, on their own club membership — no RDAA membership needed.
