Becketts is a stretch of the Dorset Stour at Charlton Marshall, controlled by Wimborne and District Angling Club. Fishing is for club members. Species include roach, chub and pike. Night fishing is not permitted.

Season Ticket £

WDAC annual membership: Adult (18–65) £135 new / £120 renewal; OAP/Disabled (65+) £110 new / £95 renewal; Junior (16–17) £35. Night fishing permit £30 extra (members only, on applicable waters). Purchase via wimbornefishing.com.

Day Ticket £

No day tickets. Members can buy guest tickets: £10 adult / £3 under 16, maximum 2 guests per member per day, daytime only, and each guest no more than 3 visits a year. Buy on the club website or from local tackle shops.

Night Fishing

No night fishing. Coarse close season 14 March to 16 June. Game fishing permitted.

Parking

Parking Information

Take the A350 from Poole towards Blandford. Entering Charlton Marshall, take the first right after the Charlton Inn into River Lane. Park safely in the lane but NOT at the end, as that is private land. Follow the path and enter the fishery through the gate. No designated parking, no toilets, no club key needed, no disabled access. Guest tickets available.
